HANDLING PRODUCTS

  • Uka

    1. In order to achieve the ultimate crystal clear taste, the "Shizuku-otoshi method*" is used to make this sake. (* A method of production whereby the drops that fall naturally under gravity are then carefully collected to give a clear and concentrated flavour.) 2. The sake rice used is carefully selected and there is great attention to detail during the polishing process. (Only the finest Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture is used) 3. High-quality groundwater from the depths of Mito City, known as ‘the Land of Water’. 4. M310 yeast, often referred to as ‘gold award-winning yeast’. 5. The bottle is made in the shape of a drop and its wooden box represents the bounty of nature.
  • Rich Blended 8

    A new plum wine that you can enjoy like "dessert wine". The honey is blended in a rich and exquisite proportion to create a new-feeling wine. A high-quality wine with a rich and rich taste.
  • Sake Fuku-shogun Junmai Ginjo

    Made purely from rice, Fukushogun uses expertly selected sake rice grown in Ibaraki Prefecture. For yeast, we use our own M310 Yeast, which has excellent characteristics and actively produces ethyl caproate called Ginjoka.
  • Premium Craft WA-GIN 700ml

    Our specially crafted gin is made from distilled sake and matured for 10 years. Seven good quality botanical fruits such as juniper berry, lemon peel, orange peel, and cinnamon are used to bring a natural citrus flavor.
  • SABA de CHU 300ml

    This is sake exclusively to be paired with mackerel. You can enjoy it with grilled or cooked mackerel as well as all other kinds of dishes featuring mackerel. A hint of lemon and its pleasant aroma spreads throughout your palate, moderating the strong flavor of the mackerel, and clears the oil in your mouth. You can pair its flavor with all kinds of mackerel dishes.
  • Sonomanma Mango no Osake 720ml

    This is a liquor infused with a generous amount of thick mango juice.
  • Umeshu Hyakunen-umeshu (Japanese apricot liqueur)

    Made only from Japanese Shirakaga apricot, Hyakunen-umeshu is mixed with brandy and honey after being matured for over three years. It has a strong, rich flavor and is highly popular among our customers.
