These Japan-produced burdock roots have been carefully dried. They are a simple and easy. All you have to do is soak them in water until they are tender. We heard from people that they cannot eat an entire burdock root or burdock roots are too hard and difficult to cook. Therefore, these burdock roots have been cut on the diagonal for easy cooking.
