We are the first sake brewery in Japan that produced pure (unfiltered) sake. All our products are unfiltered, stored undiluted and have a high reputation in Japan and all over the world.
Our sakes have been served at the Ise-Shima G7 summit, a banquet of first ladies, and the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos. Mr. Robert Parker rated us 91/100 and specifically, praised our sake named “SATONOHOMARE”, kimoto junmai dai ginjyo. Our “YUKI NO MAI KASSEI NIGORI” won the International Wine Challenge Silver Prize, our staple product, junmai dai ginjyo “SATO NO HOMARE” won the Gold, our “KIMOTO HOMARE” was Commended, our “KAZAN” won the Gold and our “SATO NO HOMARE (Red label)” was Commended.
Non-dose sparkling with no filtration of sake, a product rare in the world. It also has a delicate attack, a green apple-like scent and a light oak-like scent, a swelling taste and a delicate length, and a refreshing aftertaste.
