HANDLING PRODUCTS

  • UME SHIRAGIKU(Tsuyu Akane)

    A new Ibaraki Prefecture product made using Tsuyu Akane plums. Bright red from the natural colour of the juice itself. Sake with a distinctive plum-like aroma and a gentle sweet and sour flavour.

  • UME SHIRAGIKU(Ao Ume)

    A sweet, sour and richly flavoured sake-based plum wine (umeshu) made with plenty of unripe ume (ao ume) from Ibaraki Prefecture.

  • YUZU SHIRAGIKU

    A slightly sweet, aromatic and refreshing sake-based yuzu liqueur with plenty of squeezed yuzu juice from Ibaraki Prefecture. Enjoyed served chilled or on the rocks.

  • TUKUBANOKOUBAIITIRIN

    Junmai Ginjo-shu made from 50% polished Yamada-Nishiki rice from Ibaraki Prefecture. A light, dry sake which goes down smoothly with a harmonious balance of aroma and flavour. It is especially delicious when served chilled.
