茨城県常総市は結城紬の産地です。真綿から丁寧に手で糸を紡ぎだすことで極上の絹織物となります。千年以上紡ぎ継がれてきたこの結城紬のように、紬美人も明治30年の創業以来、熟練の杜氏によって丹精込めて醸されてきました。地元の契約農家が作る酒米「山田錦」と筑波山の軟水「岩内湧水」を使い、ここにしかない味わいを大切にしています。芳醇な香りに米の旨み、ふくらみを感じさせる味わい、絹のようになめらかな口当たりは紬美人ならではです。

    This is a red plum wine made by marinating a new plum specie from Ibaraki Prefecture, “Tsuyu Akane” in white liquor. It is characterized by its vibrant red color and fresh sourness.

  • Tsumugibijin Gran Junmai Ginjo

    It has a good balance of fruity fragrance and taste and is crisp. KURAMASTER Sake Competition Platinum Award Winner. Yamada Nishiki from Ibaraki Prefecture prepared with spring water of the Tsukuba mountain range. Pure rice ginjo. Smooth texture and soft ginjo aroma.

  • Strawberry　Liqueur

    A 6% alcohol liquor made of mild vodka and Ibaraki-produced strawberry juiced at our company.
