HANDLING PRODUCTS

  • Hananoi Kodaimai no Osake

    This sake is made from ancient rice grown in the precincts of a local shrine using a pesticide-free duck farming method. Its honey-like flavor can be enjoyed as an aperitif or dessert wine.

  • Hananoi Daiginjo

    Yamada-Nishiki, the highest grade of sake rice, is refined to 40% and brewed with water from the mountain. A drink which goes down smoothly with a fruity aroma and a gentle sweetness which are distinctive of daiginjoshu sake. Please enjoy it well chilled.
