This sake is made from Omachi which is one of Okayama's best-known variety of sake rice. It is characterized by its mild aroma, balanced sweetness and acidity, and juicy, fruity taste and clarity. This Junmai Ginjo is proudly recommended by our brewery.
It was served in Japan Airlines(JAL) business and first class from 2020 to 2022.
This sake is made from Hitachi Nishiki, the first original sake rice produced in Ibaraki Prefecture, and it uses 100% locally produced yeast. It is known for its splendid aroma and well-balanced flavor that perfectly combines acidity and sweetness. This Daiginjo was entered in the Annual Japan Sake Awards. It is characterized by its gorgeous melon-like aroma, soft sweetness and crisp finish. Only one tank of this sake is brewed at the brewery, making it a very valuable sake.
