Integrated production from seedlings to dried sweet potato processing with a focus on reducing pesticide use. Each piece of dried sweet potato is carefully pressed and baked by hand (patented processing and manufacturing method). No oil or sugar is used. This crispy, crunchy, new textured dried sweet potato has a sweet flavor and is filled with nutritional value.
It took more than two years to develop a packaging method that could deliver products without cracking during transportation.
