  • Organic Kabuse Tea Powder

    Organic green tea grown using the "kabusecha" (covered tea) method is finely milled to produce our organic powdered green tea. By covering the new tea leaves with a black shading net before harvesting, we have achieved a rich, mellow flavor and aroma with deep umami and sweetness. It is characterized by its deep, vibrant dark green color. This is a limited-supply product that can also be enjoyed when mixed into sweets and other dishes.
