“Soy fiber & Konjac” and “Soy milk & Soy fiber”

“Soy fiber & Konjac” and “Soy milk & Soy fiber”

The Kozawa Foods recommended export products are “Soy fiber & Konjac” and “Soy milk & Soy fiber”.
Both products can be eaten as is without having to cook them after opening the packages.

“Soy fiber & Konjac” is a new ingredient that is low calorie, low fat, sugar-free, and gluten-free. It is a mixture of “fresh soy fiber” (made by boiling soybeans grown in Ibaraki Prefecture in an iron pot and squeezing out the soy pulp) and Ibaraki produced “Konjac powder” that are minced together for easy consumption.
Since this product is flavorless and odorless, you can use it instead of rice or meat and not only keep the deliciousness, but also lower the amount of calories of your meals.

Our recommended recipe is a “Tabbouleh style salad” made by simply mixing fresh vegetables and “Soy fiber & Konjac”.
By using “Soy fiber & Konjac” instead of the granulated pasta, “couscous”, the recipe is made easier as there is no need for prior preparations.

Simply done by mixing vegetables and other seasonings! “Soy fiber & Konjac” tabbouleh style salad

5 cherry tomatoes
Quarter of a cucumber
Quarter of a red onion

Quarter of a teaspoon of salt
A bit of pepper
Two tablespoons of minced parsley

■ How to make:
① Cut the cherry tomatoes into 4 pieces each, cut the cucumber into 4 vertical pieces and then cut each piece into 1 cm, mince the red onion, and lightly discard the oil of the tuna.

②Break the “Soy fiber & Konjac” into smaller pieces with your hands in a bowl, and mix in the vegetables in step ① and the parsley. Then add in the ingredient mixture A and serve when everything is nicely incorporated.

“Soy milk & Soy fiber”

“Soy milk & Soy fiber” is made from “Sato no Hohoemi” which are soybeans grown in Ibaraki through contract cultivation. By using fresh soybean fiber (made by boiling soybeans in an iron pot and squeezing out the soy pulp) and freshly made soy milk, it becomes a delicious soy fiber with a nice moist texture.

Our recommended recipe is “Soy fiber pancake” made with soy fiber and soy milk instead of flour. This is a heathy meal you can eat knowing that it has dietary fiber and no sugar.

HANDLING PRODUCTS

  • Soy milk & Soy fiber

Fresh okara from a tofu shop and freshly made soy milk are added to create a moist texture. Because whole soybeans are used, the product has a deeper richness and umami characteristic of soybeans. The product is highly nutritious and is the first additive-free shelf-stable type in the industry. The product is also very high in dietary fiber, making the product suitable for supporting a healthy gut environment. In 2026, the product was certified as a “Naka City Specialty Product Brand.” A recipe is included on the package, and even simpler recipes are regularly shared on Instagram♪ Please take a look.
