Perfect for gyoza!! “Ponzu Soy Sauce with Black Vinegar”

Founded in 1905, Kurosawa Shoyuten Co., LTD of Hitachinaka City in Ibaraki Prefecture is an old soy sauce shop that naturally brews soy sauce with methods such as using traditional wooden buckets for a long aging process. By using these wooden buckets for the aging, Kurosawa Shoyuten Co., LTD has made a soy sauce with a rich flavor that is used not only by a large amount of famous ramen shops, but as a basis for creating new soy sauce based products.

This time we would like to introduce the featured product “Ponzu Soy Sauce with Black Vinegar”.

“Ponzu Soy Sauce with Black Vinegar” is made from freshly squeezed raw soy sauce, domestically produced brown rice, black vinegar, yuzu, and dashi broth.Raw soy sauce is soy sauce that has been filtered to remove microorganisms, rather than being heated to remove them, and has a mellower aroma and taste than heated soy sauce.

Compared to normal ponzu sauce, this ponzu sauce is richer, which allows for a deeper flavor.  Add to that the refreshing flavor of yuzu, and it’s delicious.
Not just for foods cooked in stews, but it pairs well with grilled meat, grilled fish, mixed together with olive oil and used as a dressing for carpaccio and salad, and of course gyoza.
Add a hearty amount of Ponzu Soy Sauce with Black Vinegar to freshly cooked, crispy and juicy gyoza for peak excellence.
Please be sure to try it out!
