This is Mamenoka Yukishizuka natto with fewer sticky strings in powder form. It is less sticky, less smelly, and easier to eat. Add water to the paste for use as a toast or sandwich spread. Use in powder form for nutritious meals, e.g. stir-fries, hotpots, and salads.
