MORINAGA GYUNYU HAIKYU CO., LTD.

MORINAGA, founded in 1959, is a Japanese sweets producer that specializes in Dango.
MORINAGA has now been exporting products overseas since 2010 in order to fufill a desire to introduce and encourage people from all over the world to eat Japanese sweets such as Dango.
We are currently exporting our products to Thailand and other Asian countries, China, Europe, etc., and provide detailed support for product development and sales channels based on needs of our export destinations.
We have factories in France and China for local production, and a subsidiary company for sales in Indonesia.
In order to ensure smooth distribution, we are trying to differentiate ourselves from our competitors by resolving as many issues as possible, such as ingredients used, tariffs, delivery time, and order quantity.

How to eat Mitarashi Dango
Thaw at room temperature.
You can pour the provided sauce and enjoy, however you may also top it with red bean paste, or fresh cream.

Plain Egg Bread

The Karinto Manju Yuzu is a fusion of the Japanese confectionery Karinto Japanese doughnuts and Manju steamed buns. It is made with brown sugar from Okinawa Prefecture and yuzu from Wakayama Prefecture, and the aroma of yuzu fills your mouth when you take a bite.

How to eat Karinto Manju Yuzu
Fly from frozen in oil at 170℃ for 6 to 8 minutes and enjoy. It pairs great with fresh cream.

HANDLING PRODUCTS

  • TAMAGOPAN MATCHA

    The delicious taste of eggs has been reproduced in the bread and combined with matcha green tea for an even more exquisite flavour. The company's ‘egg bread’ is made from ‘Orenji Oji’, a very popular regional egg brand produced by a local poultry farm. Aside from matcha, this bread is also available in 30 different varieties.
  • Plain Egg Bread

    Egg bread made from eggs named “Orange prince” produced in local chicken farms and very popular with the locals of the region.
  • Karinto Manju Yuzu

    A traditional confection bun with a yuzu flavored red bean paste filling. Brown sugar is used in the dough and by deep-frying it, the surface becomes crispy and the dough gets a similar taste and flavor to Karinto, a Japanese sweet snack. Using rice oil, it can be crisply fried without leaving a greasy mess. Brown sugar and white sesame are used in the dough and the yuzu flavored red bean paste contains diced sweeten yuzu peels, allowing you to experience a yuzu aroma when you take a bite.
  • Mitarashi Dango(Sweet soy sauce glaze)

    Mitarashi is not only sweet but it also has an impactful taste thanks to the soy sauce. Through many trials, we have found the best thickness of the sauce that allows you to deliciously enjoy these sweet dumplings.
