While our sake is extremely popular in Thailand, we also export to the United States, Australia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
“Salmon de SHU is made of our own Junmai sake blend after analyzing combinations and perfecting it through trial and error. Filled with acids and amino acids, we have substantial proof that drinking this sake while paired with salmon will greatly enhance the salmon’s umami content.” –Mr. Yoshikubo

- IPPIN is Yoshikubo Brewing Co., Ltd. flagship product.This is sake that is representative of Ibaraki Prefecture, and has won many gold awards in contests like the Japan Sake Awards.
“Junmai Daiginjo IPPIN” is brewed from rice and rice malts. It is made using Yamada Nishiki rice that is specially provided for them. It is characteristic of having a delicious fragrance and rich umami. It is best paired with snacks that have rich flavors such as tuna sushi and sea urchin sushi.
Be sure to enjoy chilled in a sake glass.
