Someno's TOFU Co.,Ltd. introduces its vegan-certified product "SOMITO ABURIYAKI ".

Some-no-ya is a tofu shop that was founded in 1862 celebrating its 160th anniversary in 2022.

The company sells delicious tofu made from 100% Japanese soybeans and natural seawater bittern, as well as "SOMITO" soy meat and other soy-related products, mainly in the Kanto area, with approximately 110 mobile vans that deliver the products to customers' doorsteps.


"SOMITO ABURIYAKI " is a product that took eight years to develop and has received the vegan certification mark.

The ingredients are also carefully selected: organic soy sauce and rice oil is used, making this an additive-free food.

In order to reproduce a meat-like texture, we have developed a unique manufacturing process.

The soy sauce-based seasoning with a hint of savory aroma whets the appetite.

Because it is a frozen product, it can be enjoyed simply by heating in hot water.


≪"SOMITO ABURIYAKI " cooking method ≫

1) Place the frozen product in the bag in boiling water and boil for about 4 minutes.

(2) The flavor is already added, so you can enjoy it as is.

(3) It can also be stir-fried with vegetables, etc., or made into sandwiches, etc.
