Tokyo Bal's Vegan Meal "FLAKE Vegan Parmesan Style!”

Tokyo Bal has been working on the "EASY VEGAN" campaign, with the principle that "everyone can achieve a diet that benefits the environment, animals, and society even if for only one day a week". We are working on projects for "EASY VEGAN".

“FLAKE Vegan Parmesan Style" are flakes that supplement vitamin B12, which vegans and vegetarians tend to lack.
It is rich in minerals such as zinc, iron, and magnesium, which are important to support women and children's growth, as well as B vitamins and vitamins such as folic acid.

While there are various types of vegan cheese, our "Cheese Flavor" is made with fermented ingredients "Sake Kasu" and cashews.
Sake kasu, a byproduct of sake production, contains peptides, amino acids, and a variety of other ingredients produced by koji mold and yeast. It is widely favored by women for its ability to maintain health and beauty.
It is a uniquely Japanese product, flavored with cheese using sake lees from the Inaba Sake Brewery, a traditional sake brewery that dates back to the Edo period.

Cashews are taken from products that are no longer sold due to flaws or from being crushed too finely, and blended with sake lees to create a richer, cheese-like flavor.
It is also rich in vitamin E and is thought to have anti-aging properties amongst other benefits.
