This is Japan's first ‘additive-free almond milk’ with no added flavorings, stabilizers, or other unnecessary ingredients. 

It is made from carefully selected high-quality California sweet almonds and Japanese sugar made from Hokkaido sugar beets with the delicious taste of the ingredients perfectly preserved.

Each 125ml bottle is small enough to be easily carried around, making it the perfect beverage for when you are on the go.


As the name suggests, ‘Additive-free, Rich Almond Milk with Beet Sugar’ is focused on the ‘richness’ of almonds.

As you would need to eat 20-25 almonds to reach the recommended daily amount of vitamin E, this product has been made of a high concentration so that you can reach your daily recommended adult serving of vitamin E from just a single glass (250ml).

Also, rather than eating almonds as they are, finely milling them into milk (liquid) allows the nutrients in the almonds to be absorbed more efficiently.

 

Almond milk is low in calories and fat, while rich in dietary fiber, vitamin E, calcium, oleic acid, and other nutrients that are key components for a healthy diet. Each 100 ml of almond milk contains about 0.2 g of dietary fiber, which also helps regulate the intestinal environment.

Recipes using ‘Additive-free, Rich Almond Milk’

■Almond Milk Coffee

○Ingredients (Serves 2)

・125ml Rich Almond Milk

・125ml Iced Coffee

 

○Method

1. Add ice to a glass and pour in the Rich Almond Milk

2. Add iced coffee, mix, and serve

 ★If you replace 125ml of iced coffee with 30 ml of espresso, you can make an ‘Almond Milk Latte’.


■Overnight Oats Made with Rich Almond Milk

○Ingredients (Serves 1)

125ml ‘Additive-free Rich Almond Milk with Beet Sugar’ or ‘Additive-free, Sugar-free Rich Almond Milk’

40g Oatmeal

Handful of Nuts and Fruits of your choice

 

○Method

1. Mix ‘Rich Almond Milk’ and oatmeal together in a container and place it in the fridge the night before.

2. The following morning, take the container out of the fridge and add any fruits or toppings of your choosing.

 

This product can also be used in many recipes as a replacement for cow’s milk.
