“Shuroku” is characterized by the sharp and fresh texture and fruity aroma and flavor infused in its robust taste. We recommend that it is served cold (5 - 10 degrees Celsius) or on the rocks. You can mix it with soda for a change of taste depending on your preference! Its flavors makes it “mild and easy-to-drink” even if you don’t like sake very much. Women, especially, enjoy the taste. It does well with Japanese or western cuisines because it tastes similar to wine.
