Yellow Doctor Japan Co., Ltd. carries out the import, processing, online sale, and wholesale of Mongolian seaberries.

Known as “Chatsargana” in Mongolian and “Shaji” in Mandarin, the seaberry is an orange colored plant of the oleaster plant family with bean-sized orange colored fruits as its distinctive feature.

The seaberry is gaining international attention as a “superfood” because it is expected to help with anemia and ameliorate immune strength thanks to more than 200 nutritional benefits included in the berries such as vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, 18 types of amino acids, omega-7 fatty acids (palmitoleic acid, asparagine acid), iron, potassium, calcium, and dietary fiber.

Rich in vitamins and antioxidants, it is called “Yellow Doctor” and is now widely used around the world.

The seaberry is first processed in Mongolia, and then productized in a factory in Ibaraki Prefecture.

Freshly squeezed “Sea berry juice 100%” looks like a thick orange juice and could be difficult to drink for people who try the juice for the first time due to its unique fermented smell originating from amino acids, and its very sour taste.
For those trying seaberry juice for the first time, we recommend “Seaberry juice yuzu” which has yuzu juice and honey added to it in order to reduce the smell and sourness.
